Athletica

Want to increase your metabolism and cardiovascular capacity, burn fat, build strength and sculpt a lean, toned body? Athletica is the session for you.

Using short, fast-paced interval training, this is a high-intensity workout. You’ll run through high heart rate & high calorie burning movements like sprinting, rowing, airbike, skipping combined with weights/ resistance training and other body weight exercises. Athletica is designed to help you establish and build a strong aerobic foundation, pushing you into the fat-burning zone and put your body to the test.

strength & conditioning

Improve your current strength, muscle endurance and technique in a class designed to challenge you physically and mentally.

Split into two sections, these classes will help you boost your strength, increase lean muscle mass improve your lifting skill and burn fat. The strength section focuses on 2 or more compound movements with a heavy focus on technique. The second features accessory work to coincide with the lifts designed to directly improve your lifting and tone your body. The conditioning section consists of different formats of training which will include Metcons, AMRAPS, EMOMS, Circuits, Pyramids etc to help condition your muscles – and keep your metabolism firing throughout the day.

elev8 signature

Elev8 Signature classes are full-body action-packed, high-intensity, calorie-burning sessions. 50 minutes of heart starting fun.

Elev8 Signature is the class that epitomises Elev8 Health and Performance. It’s made up of years of knowledge and experience and showcases what we stand for as a gym, and as a community. Starting with proper dynamic warm-up techniques, Signature combines resistance training, body weight exercises, and cardio to burn fat and put your overall fitness to the test. This is the workout session that offers it all. The feeling of achievement and endorphin rush is worth it after a solid Signature session.

FUNCTIONAL LIFTING

Improve your lifts, up your strength levels and increase your confidence under the bar.

Strong body, strong mind. Our Functional Lifting classes are designed with the barbell lifts in mind: think squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press and Olympic lifts. You’ll focus on improving the skill of your lifting, increasing strength and incorporating mobility work into your routine. We also add accessory exercises with dumbbells and kettlebells to supplement your main lifts, to help keep you in shape, healthy and strong.

daytona

This circuit-based session combines all the aspects you see in your weekly classes into one epic workout.

Run only on weekends, Daytona Circuit Saturdays are a great way to start your weekend off right, with a feeling of accomplishment as you undertake a go to work circuit style training session. Daytona sessions combine all the aspects you will see during the week into one epic workout that covers all bases. Utilising a variety of different movements and making use of all types of equipment, these circuit classes are bound to get your heart rate up. They will help you see results such as increases in strength, fat loss and improvements in cardiovascular fitness. When you leave, you’ll feel like you got the most out of your week!
